These terms govern the use of the DzLMS platform. By using it, you accept them.
Purpose
DzLMS is an Algerian educational platform covering the national curriculum (primary, middle, secondary).
Account & eligibility
Users must provide accurate information. Student accounts are for minors with guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
Acceptable use
Any use that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, disrupts the platform, or copies its content without authorization is prohibited.
Subscription & payment
Payment is made manually via BaridiMob or postal transfer, with a receipt. The subscription is activated after the receipt is verified by Customer Service. Prices are shown on the platform.
Intellectual property
Course and assessment content is protected. Its reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee it is entirely error-free and disclaim liability for non-compliant use.
Termination
The account may be deleted at the user's or guardian's request, or by the administration in case of breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law.
